Studio Manager

We are seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, such as customer relations, marketing, retail, and facilities, while driving member acquisition and retention and nurturing a thriving community. 

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Manage class check-ins, connect with members, answer questions, and foster a welcoming environment.

  • Drive membership growth: Stay knowledgeable about our products, programs, and pricing; nurture prospects, sell memberships, and retain current members to aim to exceed sales goals.

  • Oversee boutique operations: Process sales and returns, maintain inventory, assist with merchandising, and ensure accurate cash management.

  • Support team operations: Onboard and train new staff, relay policy updates and ensure compliance, manage schedules and sub requests, and maintain employee records.

  • Maintain studio standards: Ensure the studio is clean, functional, and up to Tria Yoga’s standards; manage concerns related to the space.

  • Contribute to marketing efforts: Update marketing materials, create and distribute flyers, assist with social media posts, and keep the website and social profiles current.

  • Other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of Tria Yoga.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a customer service-oriented role required; at least 1 year of operations or retail leadership experience preferred.

  • Passion for yoga and wellness with the ability to speak to the benefits of our offerings. A 200-hour yoga teacher training certification is a plus.

  • Alignment with Tria Yoga’s core values: welcoming and inclusive, authentic, respectful and compassionate, professional, committed to personal growth, and fostering community and connection.

  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities for delivering top-tier customer service.

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with a team.

  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and enthusiasm for achieving growth.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, paired with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in or a willingness to learn Tria Yoga’s systems, including Walla (studio management software), Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slack, and QuickBooks

  • The role requires the ability to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Types: This is a part-time, hourly position with growth potential into a full-time, salaried role with benefits. Approximately 25 hours/week, with a set schedule of mid-day and weekend shifts.
