Tria Yoga offers alignment-based and flow yoga with a focus on thoughtful and inclusive sequencing. Whether you aspire to become a certified yoga teacher or just want to deepen your personal practice, our program offers a supportive environment for every body.

Our thorough Yoga Alliance-approved program includes:

  • The history of yoga

  • Yoga postures (asanas) with a focus on alignment and accessibility

  • Anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

  • Subtle anatomy - prana, chakras, koshas

  • Pranayama - breathing practices

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Yoga philosophy, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita

  • Ayurveda

  • Teaching methodology and sequencing

  • The business of yoga

Tuition

$3,250

A $500 non-refundable registration deposit is due within one week of acceptance into the program. The remaining balance of $2,750 is due two weeks before the program starts.

Save $300 if you pay in full by June 30, 2024.

Program cost includes:
- Teacher Training Manual
- Studio membership for the duration of the training

Does not include:
- Required reading books
- Yoga Alliance certification fees

  2. Review Tria Yoga’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Policies. (These will be emailed to you after you complete the online application.)

  3. Complete the Enrollment Agreement in-person at the studio with Cassandra.

  4. Pay the $500 non-refundable registration deposit to hold your spot in the training. Your spot is not guaranteed until you submit this payment.

Meet your lead trainer

Cassandra Sullivan, E-RYT500, C-IAYT

Cassandra is the owner of Tria Yoga. She teaches inclusive alignment-based yoga, restorative, yin, and meditation with a grounded presence and lighthearted playfulness.

FAQs and Policies

  • We will focus on both alignment-based and vinyasa flow styles of yoga in the Krishnamacharya lineage. This training will also include restorative, yin, and chair yoga.

  • There are no formal prerequisites for this training. This program is both for those who want to deepen their practice and for those who may want to teach.

    We do recommend that you attend a few classes at Tria Yoga before enrolling to get a feel for our studio and teaching style.

  • Yes! We require 100% attendance to graduate and receive a certificate of completion from our program. Make-up sessions can be scheduled if necessary for an additional cost.

  • The $500 registration deposit is non-refundable.

    An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation before the program begins is entitled to a refund of all money paid less the non-refundable $500 registration fee.
