Embodied Yoga Studies Program
+ Optional Teaching Practicum
A 9‑month immersive program for dedicated students seeking depth, clarity, and connection—on and off the mat.
Embodied Yoga Studies is a long‑form immersion designed for students who want to deepen their relationship with yoga as a lived, embodied practice. This program centers study, inquiry, and integration.
For those who feel called to share yoga professionally, an optional Teaching Practicum is offered as a continuation of the studies path.
Connection. Integration. Transformation.
About the Program
Yoga is more than a sequence of postures or a skill set to master; it is a practice that unfolds over time, through attention, reflection, and lived experience.
Embodied Yoga Studies offers a spacious, thoughtful container to explore:
personal asana practice grounded in intelligent alignment and functional anatomy
breathwork and meditation as tools for awareness and regulation
yoga philosophy as something to be lived, not memorized
subtle anatomy, Ayurveda, and seasonal rhythms as supports for self‑understanding
community learning that values curiosity, care, and integrity
This program is well‑suited for dedicated practitioners, long‑time students, and those seeking depth and coherence in their practice and daily life, whether or not teaching is part of their path.
